Usage:
To begin with, place theknife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse grinding: for ablunter knife
Place the blunter knifeinto the Diamond sharpening slot, sharpening back and forth with amoderate pressure will lead to the best sharpeningresult.
2. Fine honing/polishing:for knife maitenance
After coarse grinding,place the knife into the Ceramic sharpening slot, also sharpeningback and forth.

3.Cleaning
